Directions

Directions For Use on Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 2-3 scoops with 8-12 oz of cold water on an empty stomach. For optimum results, avoid eating a meal or drinking a protein shake within an hour of taking 4-Nitro Tropic. Directions For Use on Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement take 1 scoop with 8-13 oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice on an empty stomach. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Taking 4-Nitro Tropic with food or on a full stomach will reduce its effectiveness. Taking with products that contain ephedrine will also reduce the effectiveness of 4-Nitro Tropic. Store in a cool dry place.
