Directions
Take 2 - 4 capsules, 2 - 3 times per day, depending upon body weight and level of exercise. Aerobitine is recommended to be taken 30 minutes before aerobic exercise or weight training. It is not recommended for use in the late evening because it may cause sleep disturbance.
