Directions

As a dietary supplement, if you weigh up to 125 lbs, take two capsules daily; one in the morning and one in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior to workout. If you weigh up to 225 lbs, take four capsules daily; two in the morning and two in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior to workout. If you weigh above 225 lbs, take six capsules daily; three in the morning and three in the afternoon preferably 1 hour prior to workout. As with any dietary supplement, to receive the desired benefits, this product should be used in conjunction with a well-balanced diet and exercise program. If you have a medical condition consult your physician before beginning such a program. Store at controlled room temperature between 59 degrees F and 86 degrees F to maintain freshness. Do not refrigerate.
