Directions

Stir 1 scoop of ElastiJoint Joint Support Formula into 1 cup (8 fl oz ) of water or your favorite beverage. Stir or blend until smooth and drink. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. This product contains gelatin, and may not dissolve completely in cold water. For ideal solubility, mix at room temperature or above.
