Directions

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, chew 8 tablets daily (this will supply you with 10 grams of glutamine peptides per day). For best results, take 4 tablets at least one hour before your workout and 4 tablets after your workout. On non-training days take 4 tablets in the morning and 4 tablets in the afternoon.
